Spargoville Nickel
The Wattle Dam tenements host the Spargoville ultramafic belts which are known to contain nickel dposits including the 1A, Andrews, 5A and 5B nickel mines.
Ramelius plans to conduct a significant exploration program from late 2007 to locate Kambalda style massive sulphide deposits; focusing initially on 1A North and Hilditch areas, which already have identified nickel occurrences.
Work will include RAB, RC and diamond drilling and geophysical techniques such as down hole EM.
